Lovers Leap Design Nominated As Best New Wine Label of the Year In International Competition

Lawrenceburg, KY    Lovers Leap Vineyards and Winery’s New Label, designed by TwoCan Marketing Group of Lexington, KY,  has been nominated for the prestigious HP Indigo Digital Labels & Packaging Awards.  These awards recognize designs from around the world for excellence and innovation in digital printing. Nominees represent the distinctiveness of their company, prove their progressive capabilities and showcase an impressive execution of a digital production challenge. The entries in these categories are judged by a panel of independent, industry-recognized experts. Winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded on 24 September 2009 at the HP Digital Labels & Packaging Contest Awards ceremony at Labelexpo 2009, which will be held in Brussels, Belgium.

“We have spent many hours creating our new look, which has been an exciting and challenging journey.  Our vision was to be able to compete on a national level, so this recognition is a true testament that we are headed in that direction,” said Lovers Leap owner and winemaker, Logan Leet.   Pam Leet, Logan’s wife and owner of TwoCan Marketing Group commented, “this was such a personal endeavor, that I wasn’t sure if we could be objective, but we couldn’t be more pleased with this nomination.”

Lovers Leap Vineyards and Winery is nestled in the hills of the Kentucky river basin in Anderson County just outside Lawrenceburg. The soils of Lovers Leap, so famous for producing tobacco and renowned bourbons, is now nourishing grapes for wine. The rich earth is the perfect medium to unlock the flavor that is the Bluegrass.
